Anyway, here's how to unpack this fucking file:

1. Open WinRAR
2. Go to File -> Open archive (CTRL O)
3. Under Files of type, select All files.
4. Select vty-0100.001 and then click Open.
5. Extract the iso file to a desired folder.

I have finally finished downloading to find out that all the files were broken. Three days to find out that this shit is broken. I strongly recommend not to download this fucking thing cause this problem is reported many times. Download the Madden NFL clone CD, it works great.
