aries16 - forget wmp. i never use it. get vlc from filehippo.com or softpile.com. u can get loads of free programs from theses 2 sites. if u have trouble playing files try this : get vlc, real player and quick time. d/ld divx, xvid and ac3 codecs. with all these u should be able to play just about anything. vlc plays bin. files as well!! kool
