this is cue and bin file which can be extract by using PowerIso
its from a vcd which u can extract the avseq01.dat file from mpegav
folder
open the .cue with PowerIso, the u can c the mpegav folder, open it
u can c the avseq01
extract to any dir u like then u can open the avseq01 using wmp
after that u can delete cue and folder
after u watch the movie u can burn ur pc
because u dont how to use it

There is an easier way if you use nero. Right click on the cue file and tell it to open with nero then burn as normal.

for me bin and cue files are as bad as rars whats wrong with avi the only file i download less chance for passworded or damn domplayer viruses thats my soapbox lol

yes it does work using the PowerIso but is videocam so quality is not v good - won't be downloading any of those again
